June 3, Cordoba
Always good to come back to Cordoba - this is my sixth time playing here, including a Peter Gabriel show, a King Crimson show, and four times with Stick Men.
Teatro San Martín is a lovely theater
After soundcheck, quite a commotion outside. Taking a look, I thought, if that's the crowd to come see our show, it's a very big one!
Alas, it was a demonstration march - to demand an end to violence against women - a great cause, and we pushed back showtime a bit, til after things quieted down.
So, this was the last show of our Latin America tour
The show, and the whole tour, was a lot of fun, great audiences who really like our music.. and all we can do is hope it's not too long til we come back again!
I'll be working on my Spanish, to hopefully bring it up a notch for next time.
