Montreal, and the last two shows of the Canadian tour.

This morning we began the trains part of our trains, planes and automobiles tour.

A nice trip from Ottawa to Montreal got us here in late morning.

Haven't done the Montreal show yet, as I write this, but in response to a few requests, here is the setlist we've been playing most nights. (It's among my song notes and background vocal lyrics.)

More late tonight.

Okay, here's the venue - it's Club Soda (where I've played before, with my own band.)

Right from the start of the show, Todd broke strings on both guitars, and had to talk quite a bit while they were being re-strung.

That's Robert Frazza onstage to help with the guitars, and Jesse is tuning one in the background.

Anyway, the show was very cool in spite of that.

Sept. 4th, leaving Montreal, again by train, we left the rain behind us, heading for Toronto and the last show of the tour.

Had a few hours free in Toronto - you've probably seen those sidewalk drawings that are skewed perspective to look real... here's one from the streets of Toronto.

The show... it was our best one - and I think we recorded it, so (aside from bootlegs) hopefully someday it'll be released to the public to hear what we did on this short, sweet tour.

Our thanks to the 'rooting section' of some ladies who have been to a number of the Canadian shows, and were dancing tonight, in the front row.

So, it's goodbye from this tour - I'll hope we re-convene the band sometime, cause it's been great.

You never know, in the rock field, what's coming. But you have to appreciate the special music when it happens - and this was a treat!

Hey, can't resist yet another page of tour shots - this one from the going home day.
