We're getting in the groove now - todays travel is pretty easy, just a train from Amsterdam to Brussels.
The guys are pretty relaxed about it...
In Brussels, the venue, called Forest National, has quite a distinctive look backstage
but proves to be pretty large inside
and has a wonderful welcoming sign at the back
Best of all, as you can see, the floor will have people standing. We love to see that.
Now, in this picture, the guy on the left is me...
As part of the visual production, they have video cameras on each of us, and digital effects to turn the images to stone and various great looks.
It's hard enough to know if you're in the right place for it, because the image is projected behind us... but I've been wanting to get a photo of it during soundcheck.. so after many
tries, this is the best I've done with it (camera in one hand behind me, aiming back at the projection to get the picture.)
Well, that's what soundchecks are for... to practice difficult things!
Okay, later, we're ready to go on...
After the show, back to the hotel and, as in Amsterdam, I found a spot to grab a nice night photo of another beautiful city
Tomorrow is a travel day, then we'll have a show in Vienna.
