Bucharest
Again no time in the city - and another very large venue,
and this one with a very high ceiling, it's center light matching the overhead circle of our stage
It's a bit like staring into the sun!
With a lot of space around the seats, it was a good chance for me to get full shots of our stage
and to realize, once again, how much work and engineering goes into putting on these nightly shows.
When, near the end of the show, Peter gives a big thanks to all the crew and technicians, he's helping the audience give some thought, too, to
all this rigging, all the flying spotlights with people sitting in them, all the p.a. that's hanging above us... and of course those insect-like
lighting machines that crawl around the stage
Later, crew onstage, we're ready to start...
Here we go...
Always fun to get shots of the photographers, who are allowed into the area right in front of the stage, for a few songs in the set.
I finally got lucky and caught a decent shot of some of the spotlight crew, hovering overhead all night, usually in the dark
Well, there's our swing through Bratislava, Budapest and Bucharest.
